Session details

When we work in posterior region the order of the problems are completely inverted compared with anterior sector.
Adhesive dentistry is not always so simple as a lot of lectures want show us, but it required a lot of knowledge and overall require precision and to apply a rigid and serious protocol,
following rigid clinical evidence.
A lot of factors must be taken in consideration to obtain a “good quality” adhesive restoration : we will analyze any single step that any people must be know and follow to
obtain a daily “no problem” adhesive restoration” but, and this is important in my opinion, in a real clinical time !
In this way, attendants will be ready to change his own “point of view” about direct and indirect restorations.
I will show you during my lecture a simple way to think and to project indirect ceramic restorations in posterior.
We will discuss limits and characteristics of direct and indirect restorations and , I will show you a new way to think about direct adhesive restorations in posterior region following ,
during the layering ,a simple histo-anatomic approach.
